[news] ToLoveRu Darkness chapter 3 info and current status

First, yes we will still continue our translation of Chapter 3 and the translation is currently 20% . We are still looking for a cleaner and have fired off some joint requests since none of our in-house cleaners have the skill (our new member, Dask and Kraut) or the time (Ed) to clean text overlays so bleh. The main reason we picked up Darkness was because we expected to get the fastest QUALITY translation (the current translation of chapter 3 is pitiful and Ed is laughing his ass off at the quality) and for a small publicity boost. We here at GT have always placed quality over speed (why bother with a product that was 40% faster but with less than 20% of the quality) and this translation will show to true fans of the series.  

HOWEVER, we are currently having some trouble with the planning of Darkness considering the translated copy was released pretty much hours after the raw hit the P2P network. We are requesting a joint request for other team's to come up and help with the release of this project with a PROPER translation. We are currently looking for a cleaner who can manage text overlay and preferably a perfectionist (makes QC'ing alot easier) and a typesetter who can also handle text overlay and handle constructive (and very, very, VERY OCD) QCing.

Anyway, Darkness aside, I've got a huge shipment of parts today and can expect my computer returned with a new CPU cooler, new sound card and a new hard drive configuration (fully external excluding the boot drive) later today or early tomorrow so expect our December projects to come out like clockwork to make up for this massive delay that sprang from nowhere. I'll try to get pics and specs of my rig after I get it back and start working on the projects we have backed up.

As for the projects listed for December, we are in the midst of creating a new tab up top as a general status for every project we are in the midst of releasing. The tab will contain info from projects we just decided to pick up, to the current status of translations and scripts, cleaning, typesetting and finally, QC.

TL;DR: The early-released TLRD ch3 sucks monkey fuck - we can do hell better.  Ed cried because he wasted his time, but will only continue translating if someone offers to edit the RAW.  We think people deserve a GOOD translation - not some weaboo, half-assed shit.
